Shopstead offers practical supplies for retail stores, stockrooms, offices, and fulfillment spaces. Our selection includes merchandising displays, pricing and labeling tools, checkout accessories, retail packaging, shipping supplies, storage products, cleaning tools, safety items, and staff-operation supplies.

We charge a flat shipping fee of $6.90 per order. The final shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Processing may take up to 5 business days during holidays, promotional periods, or unusually high order volume.

Estimated delivery within the United States is generally 5–10 business days after shipment. International delivery is generally estimated at 10–20 business days after shipment. These estimates do not include order processing time and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs, or other circumstances.

Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing available tracking information. Tracking activity may take approximately 2–5 days to begin appearing after shipment.

Please request an address change or cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed once processing or fulfillment has begun.

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery. Products must generally be unused, uninstalled, and returned with their original packaging, accessories, and included materials. Contact us before returning a product because unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery whenever possible. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label. Keep all packaging materials until we complete our review.

Review the product dimensions, materials, capacity, mounting method, compatibility details, and installation requirements before ordering. Products such as shelf accessories, label holders, POS consumables, and display hardware may not fit every system or model.
